Two-week scoping engagement: we define the book, the team structure, the SLAs, and the success metrics. Fixed fee, separate from the managed engagement itself.

Standup
Six-to-eight weeks of buildout. Team hired or assigned, tooling configured, playbooks built, customers transitioned. Real work starts at the end.

Steady State
Operate the function against the defined SLAs. Weekly reviews with you, monthly QBRs with leadership, quarterly strategic reviews with execs.

Transition
When you're ready to in-house (typically 12–24 months in) we run a structured handoff. Your hires shadow our team, then take over.
