How it works

How we run a Fractional engagement.

  1. 01

    Health Check or Scoping

    We start with a Health Check (or a focused scoping engagement) to make sure we know exactly what the embedded leader is solving for.

  2. 02

    Operator Match

    We match you with a senior StratX operator whose background fits your stage, ACV, and motion. You meet, you decide.

  3. 03

    Embedded Execution

    1.5–2.5 days per week, on your tooling, in your standups, owning the plan. Weekly with you, board prep with your CFO.

  4. 04

    Exit & Handoff

    Six months minimum, then continue, hand off, or transition to your full-time hire. We help recruit and onboard them.

Tier and time commitment scoped on the discovery call. No long-term contract. Month-to-month after the initial six.
