  • One 90-minute working session per month with a senior StratX executive

  • Slack / email access between sessions, usually same-day responses on tactical questions

  • Quarterly review of your post-sale KPIs and what they're telling you

  • Direct access to review board materials, investor updates, and CS hire candidates

  • On-call for major incidents: a churned strategic account, a comp blow-up, a renewal crisis

  • Optional: facilitation of one annual offsite or planning session

How it works

How an Advisory relationship runs.

    Onboarding

    One 90-minute intake session covering your business, your KPIs, your near-term decisions. We'll surface the 2–3 areas where we can add the most value.

  2. 02

    Monthly Cadence

    One scheduled 90-minute working session per month, set in advance. Agenda is whatever you bring, usually a mix of strategic and tactical.

  3. 03

    Between Sessions

    Slack and email access. You send a question or a draft, you get a thoughtful response, usually within the day, often within the hour.

  4. 04

    Quarterly Reset

    Every 90 days we step back to look at trajectory: what's working, what isn't, what we should focus on next.
