Kerri founded StratX after 15+ years building and leading post-sale functions at growth-stage B2B SaaS companies, most recently as VP of Customer Success at a Series D vertical SaaS company that took GRR from 81% to 94% under her leadership. Before that she ran Implementation and CS at two earlier-stage SaaS companies, both of which were acquired.
She started StratX on the belief that the consulting model most SaaS companies actually need doesn't exist yet, somewhere between McKinsey diagnostics and an operator-on-loan. StratX is built around that gap: senior practitioners, fixed-scope engagements, and outcomes you can defend to your board.
